Ing. Wolfgang Fiala, born 1960 in Vienna, graduated from the TGM (School giving technical education), and, afterwards, after a short occupation in Germany, applied fort he professional fire brigade in Vienna, where he’s employed since 1983.
In the year 2005 he passed the exam to become an authorised expert for post-fire and post-explosion investigation.
As an expert he worked for many different initiators in Austria and abroad and always fulfilled his tasks to perfect satisfaction. Also legal entities (e.g. lawyers or courts) are among Wolfgang Fiala’s clients, for which he created expert reports.
Due to the high confidentiality that this work requires, a list of references of all the initiators is not possible. When creating these expert reports, Wolfgang Fiala works together with different firms and institutions, for example the TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology).
At the moment, Wolfgang Fiala is not only active as a fireman and expert for post-fire and -explosion investigation, but also as a certified risk manager and an advisor for fire security.
